Why it suits a birthday
Everyone brought a phone. You’ll see almost none of it.
Phone photos of a party live on forty separate phones, and you spend the next six months asking for them. Ours all come back to us.
“Won’t people just use their phones?”
They will, and that’s fine. It just doesn’t get you anything. A screen-free camera on the table gets picked up by people who would never have taken a photo otherwise, and every frame lands in one place.
Nobody stands there reviewing a shot, because there’s nothing to review. They take it and pass it on.
“We wanted people to record a message.”
Leave a camcorder somewhere obvious with a card next to it and it does the job on its own. No MC, no queue, no awkward round of the room.

Knocks and spills are on us — we don’t charge for accidental damage or normal wear. Delivery, collection and the gallery are inside the price. Pay it all now, or 30% now and the rest three weeks before.

Birthday questions we get asked.
How many cameras for a birthday party?
One camera per table, or per group of people if it’s a standing do. Five cameras suit a party of about forty, and that is £170. Ten suit a bigger room, at £245. Build the exact number in the cart.
Can guests film birthday messages?
That’s the most common use of the camcorder. Leave one somewhere obvious with a card next to it and it comes back with a whole evening of messages, which beats trying to organise it on the night.
Does it work in a pub or a hired room?
Yes. Nothing to set up, no wifi, no app. Every stills camera has a built-in flash, so a dim function room is exactly what they’re for.
How much notice do you need?
Pick your date when you press Book and we’ll tell you straight away, and the kit lands two days before the party. If it isn’t showing, ask us anyway — we can often still make it work.
Is it just for milestone birthdays?
No. Thirtieths, fortieths and sixtieths are most of what we see, but the kit doesn’t know what it’s at. Work dos, anniversaries, christenings, hen and stag weekends.

You will not do this birthday twice.
The cameras land two days before and go back the day after. That is the whole job on your side.
