Where it fits

Anything with people and tables. The kit is posted, so a venue anywhere in the UK is the same job to us.
- The work Christmas party. Cameras get picked up by people who would never post to a company channel, and you get the room rather than the six loudest people in it.
- A launch or an opening. Guests photograph what caught their eye. It is the closest thing to knowing how the night looked to the people you invited.
- A leaving do. Leave a camcorder out with a card and it fills itself with messages. No MC, no queue, no awkward round of the room.
- An anniversary or a reunion. One camera a table, and everyone’s version of the evening lands in the same place.

Card checkout is instant and most bookings go through it. If your finance team needs paperwork instead, that is a normal request and we do it often.

Several rooms, several dates, or more than ten cameras?
The cart caps at 10 cameras and 6 camcorders. Past that, or a run of dates through December, tell us the dates and headcounts and we’ll price it.
Nothing else to pay. Pay it all now, or 30% now and the rest three weeks before. Pick your date when you press Book and we’ll tell you straight away; if it isn’t showing, ask us. Add edited highlights for £130.

Can we use these at a work Christmas party?
Yes, and it’s one of the things they suit best. Cameras on the tables get picked up by people who’d never post to a company channel, and everything lands in one gallery rather than on a hundred personal phones.
How many cameras for a work do?
One camera per table, or per group of people if it’s a standing do. Five cameras suit a room of about forty, and that is £170. Ten suit a bigger room, at £245. Build the exact number in the cart. Anything larger, ask and we’ll price it.
Do staff have to consent to being photographed?
Guests choose whether to pick a camera up and whether to be in front of one, the same as any party photography. What we can promise on our side is that the gallery is private, it is yours, and nothing in it goes anywhere without your written permission. Most organisers put a line in the invite and a card on each table, which is what comes in the box.
What if kit goes missing at a big event?
Knocks and spills are on us. We only charge for kit that doesn’t come back: £60 a camera, £150 a camcorder, and we’ll always talk to you first.
Can you deliver to the venue rather than the office?
Yes, and for a work do that is usually easier. Give us a contact name at the venue who will take delivery two days before. Collection can go back from a different address entirely, so nobody has to carry a case home on the night.
How long do you keep the gallery online?
Twelve months from the day it goes live, then we delete it. Download whatever you want to keep before then, and tell us if you need it up for longer.
