There’s exactly one. Here it is.
No hunting, no dead codes from 2024, no “15 offers available” page that turns out to have none. We run one code and anyone can have it: give us an email address and we’ll send you 10% off, good on any pack. It lasts 30 days from the day we send it.
What’s running right now
Any sale on the packs shows here as the page loads, with the date it ends.
When nothing is running, nothing shows here, and the prices on the packs page are simply the prices. We would rather say that than leave a stale banner up.
Get the code
Why only one
A wall of codes only ever means the price was set too high for the people who didn’t have one. We would rather set it once, honestly, and hand the same 10% to anyone who asks — the person booking in January and the person booking in June.
- One code per email address, and each one works once.
- Thirty days from the day it’s sent. We’ll email you before it runs out.
- It comes off everything, the edited highlights included, and it stacks with whatever else is running.
- If yours runs out, ask again and we’ll send a fresh one.
What is already in the price
Most of what looks like a saving elsewhere is something we have simply included:
- Delivery out and collection back. The kit arrives at your door in hard cases, and a courier collects it afterwards from whichever address you will actually be at — it does not have to be the one we sent it to.
- Your gallery. Every frame and clip in one private gallery. It goes live the day the kit lands back with us. No per-photo charge, no USB to buy.
- One price. The code comes off the whole of it, whether you pay 30% now or all at once.
- Knocks and spills. We don’t charge for accidental damage or normal wear. The cameras are meant to be handled.
Two more things worth asking for
Both of these are worth more than the 10%, and you can have them as well as it:
- A quieter date. Midweek and winter dates are easier for us to cover. If yours is flexible, say so when you get in touch.
- A different mix. The packs are a starting point, not a menu. If you want four camcorders and no cameras, or ten cameras and nothing else, build it in the cart and you will only pay for what is in it.
Either way, [email protected] reaches a person, and you will get a real reply.
If someone gave you a code
Occasionally we hand one to a venue, a supplier or someone who did us a favour. Those are real, and the box to type it into is on the payment page — the same box the 10% code above goes in. They are given out, never published, and neither is the code we email you: every one of those is tied to a single address and works once. So a Retro Capture code on a voucher site is either somebody else’s, already spent, or made up.
